I want to be a Poet

I WANT TO BE A POET.
Tell Papa
On my birthday to buy for me shelves
Shelves of words
Shelves of papers
And shelves of proverbs
With scenes of poems
To read
Cause I want to be a Poet.

Tell Mama
On my birthday to buy for me a pet
A pet to write with in a ink
A pet to play with my words
A pet who will give me judges
Cause I want to be a Poet.

Tell Kaka
On my birthday to buy for me shoes
Shoes which when I put on give me the rhymes
Shoes which when I put on pinch my fingers to write
Shoes which when I will be walking on the road
Doesn’t count the miles but the verses and stanzas
To read, write and recite
Cause I want to be a Poet.

Tell Dada
On my birthday to buy for me fruits
Fruits of passion to write
Fruits of spirit to holiness
Fruits of legacy in Literature
And fruits with full of words, rhymes and poetic yeasts
Cause I want to be a Poet.
